Cornerstone Alliance has been selected to be part of the Equity in Economic Development Fellowship Program, organized by the International Economic Development Council. Cornerstone says this means six young people will serve as fellows at economic development organizations around the country for a ten week period this summer. Representing Cornerstone Alliance at the sessions will be Josiah King, who attends Howard University and recently joined Cornerstone. Cornerstone Alliance Chair John Janick says King’s participation will help prepare him for future leadership. Also named as part of Equity in Economic Development Program as fellows are economic development organizations in Georgia, Missouri, and Texas.
